A team you can grow with

It’s such a rewarding journey being at IOEC for nearly 15 years. I started out as an Export Coordinator and have been promoted twice, now serving as Export Services Manager. What stands out most to me is how IOEC recognises potential and invests in helping people grow. The support, training, and encouragement I’ve received along the way have shaped both my career and confidence. It’s motivating to know that hard work and dedication really do open doors here.

As an Exec PA to two Directors, I see first hand how leadership at IOEC blends professionalism with genuine care. What I love most is that no matter how much we grow, we never lose sight of our family values - they’re at the heart of everything we do. The culture here is respectful, grounded, and people focused. I’m trusted with high-level responsibilities and always feel supported. There's also a real sense of unity across teams, and no one is ever "just a number." I feel heard, trusted, and valued, which motivates me to bring my best every day. It’s inspiring to be part of a company that’s evolving but still feels like my “forever” home.

The work culture here is amazing. The leadership combines a personal touch with a sense of fun, creating space where I can speak openly with the Directors about everything. Employee wellness is
prioritised. We have an on-site gym, a psychologist, and wellness initiatives such as "While We Work Wellness Wednesdays", that all create a healthy work-life balance for me.
